IGF-1 LR3
Researched in anabolism and sarcopenia
Used to support muscle growth and recovery in research contexts — one of the more carefully gated conversations on this menu given the class-level safety considerations.

Overview
IGF-1 LR3 is a modified analog of insulin-like growth factor 1 with reduced binding-protein affinity and extended action. It is discussed in the context of anabolism and sarcopenia research. There are no published human clinical trials of IGF-1 LR3 itself; the closest human dataset comes from the FDA-approved native rhIGF-1 (mecasermin / Increlex) used only in pediatric severe primary IGF-1 deficiency.
Evidence: primarily pre-clinical / limited human data

The hypoglycemia and tumor-signaling questions raised in the IGF-1 class literature.
Regulatory & sourcing
Not on the 503A bulks list. WADA-prohibited. Class-level safety concerns documented in the Increlex label include hypoglycemia (reported in 42% of treated subjects), intracranial hypertension, lymphoid hyperplasia, and tumor risk. This is one of the more carefully gated conversations on the menu.
