What we do with what you send us.

The short version

This website has two forms on it. If you fill one out, we get what you typed, and we use it to write back to you. That is the whole system.

We do not run analytics, we do not set cookies, we do not use advertising pixels, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone. Ever.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form and send us. Nothing is gathered in the background.

• ·Contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you choose to give one, which treatments you are curious about, and any message you write.
• ·Founding member waitlist: your name, email address, which membership tier interests you, and any message you write.

What we deliberately do not do

There are no cookies on this site. No Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no session recording, no advertising trackers of any kind. You can browse every page here without being followed.

We do not sell your information, rent it, trade it, or hand it to marketing companies. There is no mailing list you get quietly added to by sending a message.

How we use what you send

To answer you, and to plan the studio's membership program. That is it.

If you write in asking about a treatment, Jaedee reads it and replies personally. If you join the founding member waitlist, we use your answer to shape what the membership tiers actually include, and we let you know when the program opens.

Who else handles your information

A few services make this website run. They only ever see what is necessary, and none of them are advertising companies.

• ·Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard server logs.
• ·Resend delivers form submissions to the studio's inbox as email.
• ·Square runs appointment booking. Booking happens on Square's own website, not here, so anything you enter while booking is governed by Square's privacy policy rather than this one.

What does not belong on this website

Please do not send medical history, medications, symptoms, or any other health details through the forms on this site. They are not built for it, and it is not the secure place for that conversation.

Anything clinical, including your health history, your good-faith exam, and your treatment records, is handled directly with the studio under the confidentiality rules that apply to medical records. That is a separate system from this marketing website.

Keeping it, and deleting it

Form submissions arrive as email and stay in the studio inbox as long as they are useful for taking care of you. There is no separate customer database sitting behind this website.

If you would like to know what we have from you, correct it, or have it deleted, just ask. We will take care of it, and you do not need a reason.

Children

This site is meant for adults and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If a minor has sent us something, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will not quietly start collecting more than what is described here.
