Overview
Kisspeptin-10 is a synthetic decapeptide that acts on the KISS1R receptor at the top of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis. It has been studied in published human trials in IVF triggering, hypothalamic amenorrhea, and male hypogonadism, with much of the clinical work led by Imperial College London. It is not FDA-approved as a wellness or fertility product in the US.
